Our Commitment to Excellence At Aisha Salon, we strive for “perfection in every detail.” Because our services are highly technical and time-intensive, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Detailed Service Adjustment Policy
3-Day Notification: If you are not satisfied with your results, you must notify the salon within 3 days of your original appointment.
Scheduling: The corrective adjustment must be scheduled within 3 days of your notification and completed within 7 days of your original visit to be complimentary.
Original Stylist: To ensure consistency and the best results, adjustments are typically performed by the original stylist.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply if you have changed your mind about a style or color that was agreed upon during the initial consultation, or if you have attempted to alter the hair yourself or at another salon.
Final Sale: All chemical services, extensions, and bridal services are considered final sale.
Retail & Products
Unopened products may be exchanged for salon credit within 3 days of purchase. All other retail sales are final.
Cancellations & Deposits
We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Deposits for specialty services are non-refundable but may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled within the required notice period.
